It has been over a year since I have been back at working out. My third trimester of Pregnancy with Nyla. Before that I have been very athletic and always working out so it was quite a change on my body to have no excersise. I am finally back at 24 hour fitness and have a great workout I have been doing that has been burning tons of calories. I feel like I have so much energy again. I am gonna keep this nice and short cause knowing me I could write a whole story on here about our California Trip. We had an absolute blast on this trip to California. We made sure we saw some immediate family but we wanted to make sure we got to enjoy our vacation there and not be running all over the place seeing people. We stayed in  hotel in Costa Mesa. Today was a great day. The sun was out for good. There were finally no clouds to cover it. After Nyla’s nap we decided to hang out in the backyard instead of going out. What a great Tuesday it was today. With a great start to yesterday and then a quick 180 that turned that day into an absolute nightmare day, it is such a breath of fresh air to have such a nice day today. I got to sleep in a little bit while Josh got up with Nyla cause I put her to bed the night before. We always start our day off with morning playtime and cartoons. So it looks like the Oregon weather is finally looking more like spring time. We had two days in a row of high 70’s. All I can say is “it is about time!!”. We headed off to a park in Tualatin that we found and we absolutely love it! Nyla got to enjoy the swings a little. I just love seeing her so into other little kids. She seems so social already. She will see another baby or kid and point to them and start baby talking and laughing with joy like she wants me to put her down so she can run and play with them. It is just the cutest thing ever. Monday May 3rd was mine and Josh’s 2 year Wedding Anniversary. Wow, I can’t believe it was 2 years ago when we had our wonderful wedding. Now 2 years later boy has my life changed. Saturday we spent the whole day in Salem at the Thomas’ house. It was Cohen’s 3rd birthday party and then the guy’s had their monthly poker night. It was a great day, the sun was shining and it was actually a little warm. It was such a nice day so the kids got to hang out outside and we also did presents and cake outside! It just felt so good to soak up some sun and warmth. It has been a while for that nice feeling. The cake was absolutely amazing, and so were the burgers and hot dogs Vin bbq’d!! So after 4 or so days of trying to do a vegan diet both me and my friend Kesha that was also doing it got sick. So that pretty much put a damper on that. If anything it made me enjoy my meats and dairy even more! I never really ate too much meat anyways, just mainly chicken. Just dairy I think I need to cut back on. My digestive system felt better limiting dairy and adding in more fiber which I knew I was lacking, and I knew I consumed too much dairy. So back to a healthy diet normal style. It was Easter Sunday and we were off to Easter Sunday church service at West Salem Foursquare church in Salem. Such a tradition that I remember when I was little, always excited for Easter morning church. It was a great church service and Nyla and Isla were quit the little talkers during the service.
