What a great Tuesday it was today. With a great start to yesterday and then a quick 180 that turned that day into an absolute nightmare day, it is such a breath of fresh air to have such a nice day today. I got to sleep in a little bit while Josh got up with Nyla cause I put her to bed the night before. We always start our day off with morning playtime and cartoons. She took a nap around 11am but she is such a bad napper and she woke up about 20 minutes into her nap. I was only able to get dressed and do my hair. It didn’t look like the day was gonna be an easy day, but I thought I would let her cry for a little bit cause she is normally always still tired. She cried for a while but finally went back down for her nap. Hopefully she will start understanding that she needs to finish her nap. I was able to get all the stuff done that I had planned during her nap time. She normally only has one nap a day so that is pretty much my only break till her bedtime. She got her full nap in so she was so nice and relaxed. Usually she is so grumpy after naps cause she doesn’t nap very long.

We had a snack then I got her ready to go out for some shopping at Washington Square. She did awesome out and about. I was able to go to tons of stores. We were able to waste a good amount of time which is always nice to do cause my days feel so long. We got back home and we caught the sun out. It kinda comes and goes in Oregon. Gotta catch it when you can :) Nyla got to play in the backyard and walk all over the grass. It was getting kinda warm at one point so me and Nyla shared a drumstick. She was a big fan of course. She took little tiny bites to she didn’t really get that much. Later for dinner Josh bbq’d some pork tenderloins and I made some sweet potatoe fries for Nyla and some garlic butter cauliflower and broccoli. It was absolutely delicious. The sweet potatoe fries I got from Trader Joes were so yummy. Better that normal fries. I just gotta get them a little more crispier.  It was such a great day. Nyla was such a good girl, the weather wasn’t too bad, shopping is always a plus, and ice cream is always the cherry on top. I love this spring/summer weather we are finally having!!
