So it looks like the Oregon weather is finally looking more like spring time. We had two days in a row of high 70’s. All I can say is “it is about time!!”. We headed off to a park in Tualatin that we found and we absolutely love it! Nyla got to enjoy the swings a little. I just love seeing her so into other little kids. She seems so social already. She will see another baby or kid and point to them and start baby talking and laughing with joy like she wants me to put her down so she can run and play with them. It is just the cutest thing ever. I can not wait for her to be able to run around and play with her friends.

We got to enjoy laying out a little on my mat and we watched Josh shoot some hoops. Nyla loved walking all over the mat. She is still a little hesitant with the grass. She will grab and rip it but she doesn’t want her feet touching it. I think it probably tickles her, haha. We had so much fun but us Oregonians now aren’t used to the sunshine here so I totally forgot to bring her sunblock and the sun was beating down. We did finally move to some shade but the sun got my poor little white baby. One side of her arm was burned a little.

Me and Nyla had so much fun that we decided to go back again today to the park since it was a nice day again. We did some shopping first and then headed to the park. I packed a little lunch for us to enjoy. She did some swing’n and then we layed out our mat and enjoyed some snacks. We played some ball, she already has a good arm throwing that ball, she rolled all over the mat and would walk from toy to toy (ya it is kinda weird to say Walk). We were there for a little over an hour just relaxing and bonding as we always do. Once we got back home she was totally out. Josh carried her up to her crib and didn’t open her eyes once. It was a pretty awesome day! I just love my baby girl!! What a breathe of fresh air these past two days have been!!

Park Day #2
