Saturday we spent the whole day in Salem at the Thomas’ house. It was Cohen’s 3rd birthday party and then the guy’s had their monthly poker night. It was a great day, the sun was shining and it was actually a little warm. It was such a nice day so the kids got to hang out outside and we also did presents and cake outside! It just felt so good to soak up some sun and warmth. It has been a while for that nice feeling. The cake was absolutely amazing, and so were the burgers and hot dogs Vin bbq’d!! I have to say I feel so bad for Vegans, lol!!

After the party was over Us, the Harvey’s, and the Winter’s just hung out until poker night started for the guy’s at 6pm. Nyla got to enjoy the new swing that Tyler hung up in the backyard. Nyla is a total sucker for swings. She loved it! She loved it so much that she ended up falling asleep and took a little nap in it.

Once poker night started the guy’s headed off to the garage to do their poker game. The girls hung out and played with all the little girls. It was a mad house at times. Little ones fighting, crying, screaming… Wow, it really made me wonder when I will be ready to handle two kids. It seems kinda crazy. Towards the end of the night Jess and Emma went home, and the Jillian with her two girls Ella and Ava. Me and Kesha got to enjoy a little bit of peace and quiet. We had Tyler pick us up the movie “Time Traveler’s Wife”. So we got to do a little movie night. Nyla was starting to fall asleep so it turned out perfect. The hours past and the guy’s were still not done playing. It got to around 11pm and Nyla woke up and was ready to get into her own bed. So I told Josh that we had to go. I felt kinda bad cause he was doing really good and had the most chips but my baby comes first and she was not happy. So off we went back home and Nyla went fast asleep in her crib. It was an awesome night, full of fun!!
