It is hard to explain how excited I am for our California trip. It is such a weird feeling to go back to our hometown after being gone for so long. I am starting to forget certain aspects of home. That can be a good thing and a bad thing I guess. I can not wait to see mine and Josh’s family. Nyla is so big now from the last time all of Josh’s family last saw her which was in August when she was 2 months, so tiny!! Now she just turned 8 months and she is a pro crawler and now she can stand up on her own. She is just always on the go. It will also be nice to see some friends that we haven’t seen in a long time. We are only gonna be there for 4 days so it feels like we don’t have much time to fit everyone in. Luckily we will be back in June for Nyla’s 1st Birthday.

We are super excited to take Nyla to Disneyland for her first time for Valentine’s Day. We are a little excited yet a little scared to let my parents watch Nyla for the first time while we go get dinner at our favorite restaurant, a restaurant that has so many special memories (Josh proposed). Mastros Ocean Club!!! Mmmm Warm butter cake!!! I am really looking forward to some restaurants that I really miss that Oregon doesn’t have: In n out, Weinershnitzel, Islands, Bj’s, Lucilles Bbq, Yard house, Mastro’s, Disneyland pizza port restaurant, pinkberry……

I dropped off Tasha and Baby at the Petsmart PetsHotel in the afternoon. Me and Nyla started our packing today and she just did not want to sit still. Crawling all around. She did not help me much, haha. But she is such a cutie!!
