I took Nyla to see Santa at Washington Square this time. I wanted to get her in a different outfit with a different Santa. We went early in the morning when we woke up cause that’s when she is in the best mood. It was freezing cold outside 20 degrees so we had to bundle up and run inside. She did so good for her picture. We had our friends over for another Thanksgiving dinner. Josh got to try out the turkey cooking again, last year was our first time and did not go that well. Luckily our turkey turned out great. We used the turkey oven bags for our turkey this time. Read the rest of this entry »

We had some friends over for the Ducks verse Beavers game. I made some cupcakes decorated for the game that were delicious. Cupcakes are one of my weaknesses, luckily I try and stay away from them unless for special occasions cause I would pack on the pounds. Read the rest of this entry »

It’s finally December and that means its almost Christmas!! Josh has been busy working away while I get the house all decorated. It is quite different than last year where I just had Nyla baking in my belly. It is so nice to not have the all day pregnancy sickness but it is a little bit harder to decorate and wrap gifts with a little baby now. Read the rest of this entry »

So I have been taking a break from blogging since the end of my pregnancy till now when Nyla Breeze is almost 6 months. Wow, time sure does fly by. It is December 1st and we have been busy decorating and shopping for Christmas. We are all also trying to get over our cold we have, Nyla started it and we of course caught it from her.
